International Student Fees and Funding

Tuition Fees

Information about tuition fees for international students can be found on the Fees and Charges page.

If you require a Student visa to study in the UK you will be required to pay a tuition fee deposit or demonstrate that you have official sponsorship that meets UKVI requirements. For further information on this, please see our CAS request process.

In addition to tuition fees, some courses will have additional costs to consider, such as uniforms, badges, insurance, etc. You can find more information about this on our Additional Information for Courses with Required Placements page and Fees and Charges pages.

Some placements may require travel away from the University and you should therefore consider ensuring you have additional funds to cover these costs.

Scholarships

Before making your application to the University, it is important to be aware of the costs involved in studying overseas i.e. the tuition fees and the living costs. Queen ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵt University are pleased to offer a small number of competitive scholarships for new applicant international fee-paying students

It is essential to ensure you have organised funding prior to arriving in the UK, in particular if you are an international student and you need to apply for a Student visa.

Do not travel to the UK unless you are sure that you have the funds available to pay for your studies and your living expenses, as it is extremely difficult to make funding arrangements once you have left your home country.

If you are paying tuition fees from overseas, ensure that you prepare this well in advance. It can be a lengthy process transferring funds from some countries, and it is important that tuition fees are paid on time to ensure that you remain registered with the University.
